Abstract

This case report presents a female patient with advanced ulcerative breast cancer who underwent a single ultrasound-guided intratumoral injection of chlorine dioxide. Within 7 days, the lesion exhibited central necrosis, marked structural collapse, and dramatic reduction in bleeding and inflammation. Clinical assessment confirmed effective devitalization of tumor tissue with no signs of secondary infection. This case highlights the rapid therapeutic response and local tolerability of Intra-Tumoral ClO₂ Therapy as a novel cancer intervention.
