We introduce the Universal Field (Phi), a scalar field ontologically prior to spacetime from which space, time, matter, and consciousness emerge. Unlike standard physics fields that exist within pre-existing spacetime, Phi generates spacetime through its dynamics. The field differentiates through three primaries-Plasma (substrate), Coherence (order), and Fluctuation (entropy)-governed by the fundamental constraint C + F = 1, derived from conservation of total potentiality. We establish the Zero Axiom: true nothingness is impossible; all limits approach but never reach a primordial minimum (epsilon > 0), denoted by the ancient bindu symbol. We prove the constraint mathematically from first principles and demonstrate its dynamical consequences. The framework predicts a five-stage emergence hierarchy (*-> 1-> 2-> 3-> 4-> 3-> 2-> 1-> *) where Quantum Mechanics emerges at Stage 2 and General Relativity at Stage 3 as limiting descriptions of different ontological stages, resolving their apparent incompatibility. Universal Time (UT) is shown to be a scalar quantity with UT = pi/8 at equilibrium, while observable time t = UT x C emerges through coherence filtering. Numerical simulations verify the theoretical predictions. This framework unifies physics by recognizing emergence rather than forcing incompatible theories to coexist.
