Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly become a central force in healthcare, particularly in diagnostic medicine, where it promises earlier disease detection, improved accuracy, and more personalized care. This structured narrative review synthesizes recent evidence on AI applications in healthcare diagnostics, focusing on methodological approaches, clinical performance, and the ethical and regulatory challenges that shape real-world adoption. A targeted search of PubMed, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar identified 84 eligible articles published between 2020 and 2025. These studies covered medical imaging, predictive analytics, clinical decision support systems, real-time monitoring, implementation in low-and middle-income countries (LMICs), and cross-cutting issues related to fairness, explainability, and governance. Across imaging and predictive tasks, AI systems frequently achieved diagnostic performance comparable to, or exceeding, that of human experts, while also enhancing workflow efficiency and enabling continuous patient monitoring. However, the review also reveals substantial limitations, including dependence on high-quality and demographically diverse datasets, performance degradation when deployed across different institutions and populations, and persistent algorithmic bias that risks exacerbating health inequities. The black-box nature of many models, gaps in explainable AI (XAI), and fragmented regulatory frameworks further complicate safe and trustworthy deployment in clinical environments. To support more responsible integration of AI diagnostics, this review proposes a 6P framework that emphasizes Performance, Provenance, Population, Privacy, Practice integration, and Policy. These dimensions highlight the conditions under which AI can function as a genuinely supportive tool that augments, rather than replaces, clinician expertise. Overall, AI in diagnostic medicine holds considerable promise, but its benefits will only be realized equitably if technical, ethical, and infrastructure-related challenges are addressed through interdisciplinary collaboration and robust governance.

Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Diagnostics: A Literature Review

This study aims to explore the Kuwaiti public's perception of Kuwaiti
newspapers' coverage of international political issues. A descriptiveanalytical methodology was used, with a questionnaire distributed to a
sample of 420 respondents representing various age and professional
groups. The study examines the extent of the public's exposure to Kuwaiti
newspaper content, their assessment of the quality of journalistic coverage
of international issues, and the impact of this on their attitudes and views.
The results showed that Al-Rai newspaper was the most widely read
newspaper among participants, with 76.19% of respondents stating that
they read it regularly. It also revealed that "news articles" were the most
widely used form of coverage, reflecting the public's interest in receiving
information quickly and effectively. Furthermore, the study demonstrated
that the public prefers newspaper articles as a tool for analyzing
international issues.
This study contributes to understanding the relationship between the media
and the public and highlights the importance of journalism in shaping
political awareness. It also recommends enhancing the quality of
journalistic coverage and providing reliable and objective content that
meets the public's needs. These findings are an important reference for
media researchers and policymakers, helping to develop effective strategies
to improve the performance of Kuwaiti journalism in addressing
international issues.

Kuwaiti public opinion trends regarding Kuwaiti newspapers' coverage of political issues during the period (2022-2023): A field study

El presente estudio de carácter cualitativo es un reporte parcial de investigación, que documenta las narrativas del estudiante normalista de la Licenciatura en Educación Primaria, quien inicia su experiencia docente, a través de las jornadas de prácticas de observación e intervención en Escuelas Primarias Publicas. En estas experiencias de acercamiento a la docencia, se ha sentido interpelado en su elección profesional, originando puntos de fuga, que necesitan ser analizados para explicar este particular acontecer de decisión profesional que se sigue configurando en ellos. Se documentaron narrativas como: “Cuando las paredes hablan”, “Esa practicante no debería ser maestra”, 
“¿Quién es la autoridad?” y “Tonto trabajo”. A través de ello, se pudo construir 
interpretaciones de sentido del contexto del relato, desde las problemáticas y tensiones controladas que viven cotidianamente durante sus prácticas de intervención desde las dimensiones complejas que las entrelazan. Lo que posibilita una comprensión sobre el hacer docente y la conformación de la identidad y la elección profesional, distinguiendo cuatro tipos interpelaciones: 1) Interpelación autocritica, 2) Interpelación de abandono, 3) Interpelación de contrasentidos y contradicciones e 4) Interpelación desde la complejidad 
de la cotidianidad docente.

The present work develops and extends a unified framework in which the universe—
and the multiverse as a whole—is not expanding but contracting at a universal geometric

Polyurethane (PU) is one of those versatile materials that's everywhere from coatings and adhesives to flexible foams. It's strong, flexible, and easy to process, but it does have its limits. For example, it can struggle when exposed to high temperatures, abrasion, or moisture. Graphene oxide (GO) is a new player in material science that could help overcome these challenges. Its thin, layered structure and rich surface chemistry make it perfect for reinforcing polymers.

This project explores how the performance of a sail cloth with PU as matrix can be altered by adding GO as a filler. different GO concentrations, functionalization methods, and dispersion techniques will be tested during the experimental stage. The ultimate goal is to figure out the best combination that can be used in real-world applications while keeping the process scalable and reproducible.

This theoretical study dives into the concept of Invisible Partner Crime (IPC), a form of relational harm that’s all too common yet hasn’t been thoroughly explored. IPC is marked by a series of subtle, low-key transgressions that often fly under the radar of legal consequences. While it shares some ground with broader ideas of psychological abuse, IPC stands out because it zeroes in on how these everyday micro-violations can gradually chip away at a victim's core sense of self. The model outlines three interconnected mechanisms: (1) Epistemic erosion, which refers to the slow but steady undermining of a person's trust in their own perceptions, memories, and thinking abilities, leading to a reliance on others for validation; (2) Affective vandalism, where a person's emotional experiences are consistently invalidated and sabotaged, causing emotional dysregulation and instability; and (3) Identity counterfeiting, the process where the victim's true self is gradually replaced by an identity defined by the perpetrator, resulting in a loss of self-coherence and personal agency. We contend that IPC isn’t just a relational issue; it represents a form of everyday criminality that exists in the gray area between ethics and law. By offering a structured framework, this analysis seeks to provide clinicians and researchers with a more nuanced vocabulary to recognize, understand, and tackle the subtle psychological effects of IPC, which often align with the roots of complex trauma (C-PTSD). 

INVISIBLE PARTNER CRIME THEORETICAL STUDY

The purpose of this research project was to investigate hydrogen in its ground (1S) and excited (3S) states undergoing ionization as a result of being impacted by electrons and provide a comparison of the DDCS for the two states. Through the application of multiple scattering theory to compute the DDCS, an emphasis has been placed on the influence of the initial quantum state upon the cross section for ionization and the angular distribution of the outgoing electrons. A comprehensive multiple scattering approach has been utilized to model the interaction between the incident electron and hydrogen atom, including elastic and inelastic scattering processes. Results obtained from our study have demonstrated significant differences in the threshold energy for ionization and the angular scattering patterns between the ground and excited states of hydrogen. These results illustrate the unique nature of the scattering behavior associated with the hydrogen atom in each electronic state and indicate the critical influence of the electronic state of the hydrogen atom upon the ionization process. Consequently, this research has substantially advanced the theoretical comprehension of ionization in atomic systems and offers a more precise model that can enhance theoretical frameworks and experimental data in atomic and plasma physics, particularly regarding low-energy electron-atom collisions.
