By applying NQEGS to current events, we offer a novel perspective on the complex dynamics of global narrative influence.

Narrative Quantum Entanglement in Geopolitical Systems (NQEGS): A Conceptual Framework for Understanding Global Narrative Influence

This study investigates how the ideological orientations of political leadership shape bureaucratic decision-making and, consequently, governance outcomes in India over two decades (2005–2025). By comparing governance under the United Progressive Alliance (UPA, 2004-2014) with governance under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA, 2014-2024), this research analyzes policymaking patterns, bureaucratic adaptation, and their impacts on national security, economic stability, and social cohesion across pre-defined dimensions: economic policy, social policy, national security, and governance administration. Employing a mixed-methods approach—including policy reviews, public perception surveys, bureaucratic interviews, and statistical metrics—the research introduces the "Ideology-Bureaucracy Nexus Model," a novel framework to understand how ideology filters through bureaucracy to influence governance [14]. Expected findings suggest that bureaucratic effectiveness hinges on the degree of alignment—or tension—between political ideology and institutional culture, specifically regarding the dimensions of responsiveness, equity, and efficiency [6]. This study fills a critical gap in political science by foregrounding bureaucracy as a dynamic actor in ideological shifts. A limitation of the study is the potential for public opinion data to be influenced by partisan sources, which this research attempts to mitigate through triangulation with other data sources.

The Ideology-Bureaucracy Nexus: A Comparative Analysis of Policymaking in India (2005–2025)

This paper introduces Financial Proxy Warfare (FPW), a nuanced geopolitical strategy leveraging economic tools-employment networks, microfinance, and targeted financial aid-to subtly influence political outcomes and reshape governmental alignments. Unlike traditional proxy warfare, which relies on military or overt political intervention (Mumford, 2013), FPW operates through seemingly benign financial mechanisms, creating economic dependencies that potentially shift political landscapes. Using Bangladesh as a case study, this research examines how institutions like the Grameen Bank, led by Muhammad Yunus, may have inadvertently facilitated indirect geopolitical influence (Bateman & Chang, 2012). It explores how external actors, such as development organizations, could exploit microfinance and employment programs to redirect economic flows and advance strategic objectives (Nye, 2004). By integrating digital innovations like blockchain and AI, this study challenges conventional economic warfare theories, positing that these tools are not just domestic policy instruments but critical elements in global power dynamics (Özdemir & Kahraman, 2023).

This paper explores the theoretical framework and potential application to groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and their relationship with the Pakistani establishment, offering a paradigm shift in counterterrorism that could foster self-destruction within terrorist networks and reduce state reliance on asymmetric warfare.

Public health risks induced by vehicular pollution

Background: Severe knee stiffness in a 3-year-old patient following slab application can significantly impact mobility and quality of life. Post-traumatic stiffness is often associated with improper rehabilitation, prolonged immobilization, or unaddressed intra-articular injuries. Early diagnosis and intervention are critical in pediatric cases to prevent long-term functional impairments. Methodology: This case report discusses about 3-year-old patient presenting with severe knee stiffness from three years after slab application for fixed anterior tibial subluxation and fixed depression fracture of the posterior part of medial tibial condyle. The patient's medical history, clinical examination findings, and radiographic imaging were analyzed. The treatment approach involved a combination of physical therapy, pharmacological management. Results: Initial clinical evaluation revealed significant loss of range of motion, particularly in flexion. Radiographic findings showed no residual fracture deformities but identified joint contracture. The patient underwent and intensive rehabilitation program, including passive stretching and active exercises. After 3 months of therapy the knee range of motion improved 70% from 5° to 84° and the patient regained functional mobility. Conclusion: Severe knee stiffness in young children post-slab application is a preventable and manageable condition. Timely intervention, emphasizing early mobilization and appropriate rehabilitation, is crucial. This case highlights the importance of multidisciplinary approaches combining orthopedic and physical therapy expertise. Further studies are needed to optimize treatment protocols for similar cases in pediatric populations.

Case Study of Rehabilitation of Extension Contracture of the Knee Joint
